Complimentary Shipping

All IDIOM orders ship complimentary via DHL Express worldwide. No minimum order. No exceptions.

Delivery Times

Israel: 1–2 business days

United States: 3–5 business days

Europe: 3–5 business days

Rest of world: 4–7 business days

Duties and Taxes

United States: All applicable duties and taxes are included in your order total. No additional charges upon delivery.

European Union: VAT is collected at checkout and included in your order total. No additional charges upon delivery.

All other international destinations: Orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Import duties, taxes, and any customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected by DHL upon delivery. IDIOM has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
